Creamy, homogeneous texture easily delivers the paste to the root apex and lateral canals, ensuring complete coverage even in complex root canal anatomy.
Stable high alkalinity maintains consistent bactericidal effect throughout the full 10–14 day intracanal dressing period. Remains extrudable even when the needle is left in place overnight.
Clear radiographic visibility for accurate placement confirmation and follow-up examination — without the use of heavy metals such as barium or bismuth.
Iodoform-free, water-soluble formula dissolves readily in water. Fully cleanable by water irrigation or ultrasonic rinse, leaving the canal clean and ready for final obturation.
Neutralizes free acids released by obturating cements and restorative materials, relieves dentin hypersensitivity and supports the regeneration of secondary dentin.
Relieves periapical inflammation with a mild postoperative response, supporting a comfortable recovery for patients.
No manual mixing required. Pre-filled syringe design saves clinical preparation time, reduces consumable waste and improves workflow efficiency at chairside.
NANOFIL® Calcium Hydroxide Paste is a ready-to-use, pre-mixed radiopaque paste developed for temporary root canal disinfection. Its creamy, homogeneous consistency ensures precise and controlled delivery throughout the root canal system — reaching the apex and lateral canals with minimal effort.
Thanks to its high alkalinity, the paste neutralizes free acids released by obturating cements and restorative materials, relieves dentin hypersensitivity, and actively supports the regeneration of secondary dentin. Water-soluble and iodoform-free, it dissolves readily in water and is fully compatible with subsequent obturation procedures.
- Temporary root canal disinfection
- Intracanal dressing during endodontic treatment
- Management of periapical inflammation
- Dentin hypersensitivity relief during root canal therapy
1. Attach the needle tip to the pre-filled syringe.
