ADVANTAGES

Low Modulus of Elasticity

Low modulus of elasticity design helps absorb functional stresses, reducing post-operative sensitivity and microleakage risk.

High Strength & Wear Resistance

High strength ensures durable, wear-resistant restorations that withstand everyday functional loads.

Natural Translucency & Invisible Aesthetics

Excellent aesthetics with natural translucency and seamless shade integration for invisible restorative outcomes.

Time-Saving & Efficient Handling

Precise placement and adaptation enhance clinical workflow efficiency with smooth, predictable handling.

Dual Viscosity Options

Standard thixotropic viscosity for Class V restorations and A2(LV) low-viscosity for pit & fissure sealings.

Comprehensive Shade System

Includes B1, A1, A2, A2(P), A3, A3.5, OW shades plus specialty options for predictable shade matching.

Low Shrinkage

Engineered with minimal volumetric shrinkage to minimize gap formation and improve marginal integrity.

Versatile Applications

Suitable for Class I, II, III, V restorations, pit & fissure sealants, and as base material for universal composite layering.

DESCRIPTION

NANOFIL Nova® Flowable is a high-performance, light-cured, nano-hybridized flowable composite engineered with high filler loading and a low modulus of elasticity. Designed for clinical excellence, it delivers precise placement and adaptation while absorbing functional stresses and achieving natural aesthetic outcomes.

Available in two distinct viscosity types, NANOFIL Nova Flowable provides clinicians with greater control to address a wide range of clinical situations. The standard viscosity offers excellent thixotropic properties, ideal for Class V restorations, while the A2(LV) low-viscosity variant features superior flowability, making it effective for pit and fissure sealings.

With natural translucency and seamless shade integration, NANOFIL Nova Flowable creates invisible aesthetics that blend naturally with surrounding tooth structure. Its comprehensive shade system includes B1, A1, A2, A2(P), A3, A3.5, and OW shades, along with specialty options like A2(P) pink-toned and OW opaque white, enabling predictable shade matching across diverse treatment scenarios.

Engineered with low shrinkage, high strength, and superior wear resistance, NANOFIL Nova Flowable is suitable for Class I and II small non-occlusal stress-bearing restorations, Class III and V cavities, and serves as an excellent base material for universal composite layering. Its time-saving, efficient handling enhances clinical workflow, while the low modulus of elasticity design helps absorb functional stresses, reducing post-operative sensitivity.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
NANOFIL Nova® Flowable Light-Cured Composite Resin
Q1: How does the flowability compare to other premium flowable composites?
A: NanoFil Nova Flowable matches the thixotropic behavior of the finest flowable composites — it flows precisely under pressure but resists slumping when placed. U.S.-lab formulated for the exact handling profile dentists prefer in premium flowables.
Q2: Is the filler loading high enough for posterior use?
A: Yes. With high filler loading and superior wear resistance, Nova Flowable is suitable for small Class I/II posterior restorations, liners, and post cores — indications comparable to leading flowable composites.
Q3: Can I layer it with NanoFil Nova Universal Composite?
A: Absolutely. The two products are designed to work together — use Flowable as a liner or base layer, then build with Universal Composite for optimal strength and esthetics.
Q4: What is the shelf life and storage requirement?
A: 24 months shelf life from manufacture date. Store at 4°C-25°C away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration required under normal clinic conditions.
Q5: Is it available in bulk packaging for large clinics or hospitals?
A: Yes. Beyond the standard 1.1g and 2.2g syringes, we offer 5g clinical tubes and 50g bulk jars for high-volume users. Custom packaging is available for OEM partners.
Q6: Does it contain BPA or HEMA?
A: No. NanoFil Nova Flowable is formulated BPA-free and with minimal HEMA content (<0.5%), making it suitable for patients with known sensitivities. Full biocompatibility data available upon request.
